Surgeries

My mom has amazing insurance. She is a school teacher in California, and according to one of my doctors, has one of the best insurance plans they've ever come across. Anyways, this year I turned 25 (in June!) and it marks the last year that I will be on my mother's super awesome barely have to pay anything insurance. So that means, I'm getting everything checked out and fixed if needed. I got all of my wisdom teeth pulled in August. I went to a nose specialist and found out I had a severely deviated septum and surgery would fix it! I've always had trouble breathing through my nose and I can't believe it took me so long to go see someone about it. I had surgery on my nose about a week and a half ago and even though I'm still healing I have already noticed a drastic improvement in my breathing. I wasn't supposed to exercise so I haven't done any of the normal physical activity I usually do besides work. But tomorrow I will be biking to dance class and I am excited to see how I will feel. I still have about 9 more months to go get anything else medical related checked out while I am still on my mom's super awesome insurance so you better believe I'm racking my brain for anything that might make me a healthier person!
