Lately...

It has been so beautiful in Portland lately. Don't get me wrong it's still very cold, but it has been so sunny out. I don't mind bundling up if there's sun on my face and I'm getting a dose of Vitamin D!

The sunny weather has been making my bike rides on the East Bank Esplanade to the dance studio most enjoyable. 

We had Emily groomed and her new haircut looks absolutely adorable! I feel bad that we had to cut her hair so short in the middle of winter, but when it gets too long it starts to matte and is really uncomfortable for her. So she's been keeping warm in her sweaters. 

 We finally had our Tiny's holiday party and I hosted it at my house. It was so much fun. I actually forgot to take pictures, because I was too busy having an amazing time so these pictures are from a coworker's phone. 

Maddy and I had a limbo contest rematch! She has been bitter ever since I beat her at the Tiny's BBQ this past summer. She was less drunk this time and won, but to be fair I am about 4 inches taller than her! I got pretty low though and was pretty impressed with myself. 

We also exchanged secret santa gifts and Sarah Dee made me this purse! I had actually asked her to make me this purse the morning we drew secret santa names and she happened to pick me. I was planning on paying her to make it for me, but it worked out that she was my secret santa and just gifted it to me. Yay clear vinyl circle purse...it feels so 90s and awesome!

So that's pretty much what I have been up to lately. That and working a lot. I was sick 2 weeks ago and then a couple of my coworkers were sick this past week so I helped them out by covering some shifts. Anyways, I'm not trying to use that as an excuse for not finishing my January goals. I still have a week left in January, but it's not looking good. Oh well! Just gotta keep being productive in February!
